Pros
Lot's of really good people on a professional and personal level, variety of projects, decent salary starting off. Very big consultancy so opportunities to move about if that's what you want. Office is in a fantastic location and it is generally a nice working environment. Work/Life balance is generally good but extra hours should be expected when deadlines are tight.
Cons
Poor opportunities for training and personal development in my opinion. The company promotes flexible working but seem to question working from home or flexi-hours, maybe this changes on a team by team basis rather than being down to the company itself though. Although that isn't a reflection on work/life balance but staff shouldn't be made to feel somewhat guilty for starting or leaving at a certain time if the work gets done. Mediocre pension and benefits especially in comparison to competitors. The company has grown exponentially in the last 3 or 4 years so maybe when it settles down then the benefits and pension will improve.
