Pros
As a former hospital nurse, having the ability to work from home and be available for my family has been life changing. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to work at the WSIB. On-boarding at home made learning the job tricky, but after some persistence and good team support I have been able to do my job accurately and with confidence. Management has always been good to me, team support has always been available for me as well. Great benefits, good pay.
Cons
I worry about returning to work though, and despite all of my positive feedback, I may have to consider leaving the organization if full time RTW is mandatory.
