Pros
Bank has some very good, hardworking people; Opportunity for Entry Level Positions
Cons
Bank still is trying to operate as a "community" bank, when it is spread across 3 states. Forced collaborative environment, which is causing a toxic work place and has resulted in top talent leaving. Turn over is high throughout the company. Leadership doesn't listen to the employees. There have been numerous surveys asking for opinions, where the company has tried changing the wording to get a higher score -- without success. Employees will soon be forced into a 4 day in office work week - currently it is only select management. This does not align with competition. Benefits are subpar in comparison to other similarly sized banks. Leadership does not try to keep top performing talent and constantly makes excuses for the associates leaving. Favoritism runs rampant through many departments, where talent does not matter, but who you know matters. Lastly, while not a direct reflection of WSFS, but their division Cash Connect. Cash Connect did not celebrate PRIDE for the LGBTQ+ community because it would "Ruffle too many feathers". This is abhorrent behavior and disappointing for such a large institution to alienate a community.
