The People - the friendliest place I have worked, some seriously clever people work at WRc, it would be a great place for younger engineers to join, you’ll learn a lot! Hybrid working allows you to manage your work/life balance, all the senior management are also really friendly and approachable which is really refreshing! Lots of variation with project work, the company seems to have ambitions to widen its capability and deepen its already impressive knowledge base.
