Pros

-Leadership is always transparent with difficult conversations. It is shared anytime and employee is departing and generally why, bad news is not hidden (there hasn’t been much of that luckily) -Even as a PM and principal, there is not a heavy focus on job profitability. The team just know what it takes to get the job done and has planned the appropriate hours up front. And the jobs are still very profitable (which is why the profit sharing and bonuses are also the best I have seen at an arch firm). -I have worked with many at the company and nearly everyone is a high performer. The one person I had issues with didn’t last long. -The benefits package is one of the best you can get.

Cons

-Some might view K-12 as lack of variety in work but I don’t see it that way. Every project is different. -Lack of flexibility when it comes to hybrid schedules or working from home (allowed on Fridays).

Pros

Great benefits. Good projects to work on. Significant growth within the company. Management is transparent with their employees without disclosing all details. Families members can work for the firm.

Cons

The usual cons as any other firms. Workloads. Different management styles with PMs. Too many team members on a project. I do question why they would let employees have close family members work in the same department/firm. One employee had their child start working for the firm right after graduating college and became an associate within less than 5 years. Most employees DO NOT know this, but I could be wrong. Kudos to WRA for having family members work in the firm. I encourage current employees to have your family members apply to the firm. Get that referral bonus!
