Flexible with time (Just be consistent with your hours and get your work done) Good Work-Life Balance Still privately owned CEO genuinely cares about the employees and is extremely approachable. Supports continued education Several Senior Employees that have been with the company 10 or more years (from what I see, none of them are slackers) Option to Work from home (if the job fits)
Cons
Building layout in the Norfolk Office is confusing. There are several buildings on campus and it is often hard to find your way if you do not have a computer handy to look at the office map.
