Pros
If you like a Paycheck bi-weekly. With very little option for Time off due to lack of employees. If you like phone calls back to back with no break. Caller hangs up and you already have another call. No time to finish the work from the previous call. If you want to be told 11 calls an hour is good quantity, but you need to manage 100+ calls a day Then this is the place for you!!! People leaving, people getting fired, people being told to take a paycut or retire. This doesn't seem like a company in transition. It's a company in frantic overhaul of not being financially stable enough to transition to sufficient modern technology. And upper management is putting rediculous unrealistic goals for the people that do the work. Sorry not for me. I'm going to Run, Forest, Run!!!!
