      Pros

      - work/life balance - competitive salaries - lots of room for growth/advancement

      Cons

      if your manager is a tyrant, you suffer and there's little done about department heads/direct supervisors who are toxic. They tend to keep people in positions they're not great at simply because recruiting would be too hard.

      Pros

      Residents are super friendly and understanding that there is no help for maintenance

      Cons

      management only cares about how to charge more money to the residents and not the upkeep of the building or the "luxury" they are selling.
