Pros

Whenever there is an emergency or a situation where an employee may feel overwhelmed, WPM is great about providing support to get you through. All of the people that work for the company are really great, very welcoming family feeling.

Cons

Compensation for positions is low, once you move to higher management positions the salary is pretty decent, but starting positions are paid at rates comparable to minimum wage jobs.

Pros

Residents are super friendly and understanding that there is no help for maintenance

Cons

management only cares about how to charge more money to the residents and not the upkeep of the building or the "luxury" they are selling.
