While we're glad to hear you feel a healthy sense of work/life balance, your experience in regards to compensation, recognition, and growth are concerning to us. This is not in line with the experience we want for anybody at WP Engine, as we place a lot of emphasis on ensuring our compensation is in line with the market, we're providing growth and development opportunities for all, and finding meaningful ways to recognize people for their hard work.
