Pros

Employee will receive services at discounted rate if they live in a serviceable area, at the call centers they do have employee events to try and boost morale, and benefits are good

Cons

No room for growth, constant micromanagement, constant changes, service issues with old equipment, hard to sell a product when channels keep dropping and prices go up. Constant upgrades to a system that is already not working properly which makes the system worse.

Pros

Work at home. Equipment supplied. Allows us the ability to work two jobs at same time or do online classes.

Cons

Can’t make money. Phone don’t ring. We wait for long time. Too many reps. Mandatory shift bids. Two supervisers. Can’t get help when need. Two inexperienced supervisers- one a nail tech & the other minimal help .Best superviser fired cause she spoke the truth and tried to help us. She cared. Micromanagement. Bad customer reviews constantly cause too cheap to keep business in this country. Customers constantly calling in to complain, can’t understand person, get transferred over and over again. Upper mgmt nonexistent
