      You get paid really good only if you have strong referral And promotions are based on inside referrals People with less experience will get lead Am position and good pay because of referral. No basic amenities

      The pay is okay. The benefits are okay.

      Cons

      Never give raises. Micromanaging. Bereavement pay is 2 days for immediate family. PTO is minimal. No opportunity for growth/upward movement.
