Pros

The pay is decent considering the job requirements. You're not micro managed

Cons

You are not valued as an employee, ideas and contributions to help make things run more efficiently are taken and put into place, but there is no recognition given to the person that provided those ideas. Revolving door, most people leave the company within less than 2 years of being there. As of late it's been a couple of months. A lot of the companies practices seems unethical. Example: Trying to raise customer's rates even though WM knows that they are in a rate restricted contract.
