Pros

Little to no interference from Management you are free to run your day as if you run the business yourself. Great pay. Fun and lively work environment. Best place to make friends at work. Highly supportive peer system.

Cons

Little to no training or ongoing support from management with individuals whom are struggling to meet goals. Stress over job security when not meeting sales quotas. Internal applicants need not apply for management without having a relevant degree. Lack of consistency in enforcement of policies/procedures. Lack of sound judgment or decision making when changes are implemented or needed. Stubborn Management unwilling to accept any form of criticism be it constructive or otherwise indifferent.
