Pros
Their pay and benefits are top notch. They also do a good job organizing events to award their employees (most they don't deserve) for their hard work. The only reason I increased their rating to two stars.
Cons
I hope the title of my review encouraged you to read on because it might prevent you from making a horrible mistake. Now I don't know about the company itself but if you're looking for a place to grow and or work long-term, avoid working at the facility in Forest Park. They're highly unstructured and there is little to no communication between management. Just to give you an idea of how unstructured they are, on my first day of work nobody knew who I was or what I was supposed to be doing there. It's that bad. It didn't get better either, it stayed that way until I stopped working there -- which was after about six months or so. Also, if for some reason you don't adhere to my warning just know that it isn't uncommon to get hired for a position just to be placed in another position once you actually start working. Even if you do start the job that you got hired to do be ready for a change they may make to your job and your schedule at a moments notice. Best to believe that there are more cons but this will give you an idea of what it is you're getting yourself into if you're considering working for them or if you got an offer. I implore you to only work here if you're looking to work somewhere short-term. If not then please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
