      Supervisors are fun. Job is next to brain dead easy. Lots of local travel

      Cons

      You are very lucky to work more than 5 hours a week. Scheduler does not follow your availability. Terrible workplace meme emails daily. Convoluted online forms required to call out.

      Pros

      • occasional travel • short days • simple work • relaxed professional atmosphere

      Cons

      • short days (good and bad depending on financial need so be wary) • unpredictable hours (basically unemployed Halloween thru christmas) • communication issues • (supervisor specific) work related tasks done outside of work hours. Planning, texting, and equpiment retrieval is all unpaid. • unshared extra labor (ex: driving team 1-3hrs to events, car maintenance/detailing, etc.)
