      Easy work to learn. Great coworkers and management. Good entry level pay. Somewhat flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Hours change week to week. Some weeks you will work 6 days and some weeks you work 2 days. Very early morning shifts.

      • occasional travel • short days • simple work • relaxed professional atmosphere

      Cons

      • short days (good and bad depending on financial need so be wary) • unpredictable hours (basically unemployed Halloween thru christmas) • communication issues • (supervisor specific) work related tasks done outside of work hours. Planning, texting, and equpiment retrieval is all unpaid. • unshared extra labor (ex: driving team 1-3hrs to events, car maintenance/detailing, etc.)
