      Pros

      Free travel in nice hotels. Easy to take time off. Helpful colleagues. There are minor benefits like insurance, 401k, reimbursements. Easy work.

      Cons

      Supervisors aren't professional. Poor work-life balance as hours are usually long. Poor communication. Low pay without overtime. Job description said one pay range but some people were paid more than that when they had the same experience.

      • occasional travel • short days • simple work • relaxed professional atmosphere

      Cons

      • short days (good and bad depending on financial need so be wary) • unpredictable hours (basically unemployed Halloween thru christmas) • communication issues • (supervisor specific) work related tasks done outside of work hours. Planning, texting, and equpiment retrieval is all unpaid. • unshared extra labor (ex: driving team 1-3hrs to events, car maintenance/detailing, etc.)
