      The work experience and some of the other people working there

      Cons

      The owner is crazy, has no patience and will stop at nothing to scream at you if one tiny thing is done wrong, even if it is not your fault. 100% unreasonable and extremely rude to anyone and everyone.

      lots of work to be done

      toxic work environment, the atmosphere was very tense. Not enough employees, no guidance on tasks, no orientation on first day and yet an expectation that you immediately know how to do things their way. They would always ask unpaid interns to stay beyond the already long hours.
