      Everyone hates working there and it's noticeable. Everyone is doing the work of 3 or 4 people because they refuse to hire more people.

      Pros

      For me, it allowed me to take ownership of certain things and I learned a lot while working here. People are good to work with.

      Cons

      Management is adamant on what they want. Won’t take no for an answer. Lots of layoffs.
