Never a dull moment. There is lots to do. They are going to full automation, so lots to learn. Almost everything is new. Other employees seemed to be very energetic and enthusiastic. I am new, but I like what I see so far. Helped with relocation, I mean really really helped! Got me an apartment, put down the deposits, for all utilities, etc. They even got me welcoming gifts for the new apartment, they got for me! His wife got me a bunch of new things she knew I needed. They will pay for additional classes and training! If the way they started lasts, I will be here for a long time!

Onboarding could be better organized. Hate the early starts, but I get it, we are in production. I am too new to be too critical at this point....

No BS at work. You will fit in if your a worker. If your a George Costanza you will be caught and shown the door. Owner loves to cross train people. Pays for education and training, in return demands loyalty and a strong work ethic. Snowflakes don't last here. Entitled individuals won't even make it past the interview. If you make it past 90 days, you will be here as long as you like. If not its pretty simple decision. Endless room for growth and he promotes from within. I love the place and the people, there are no dumb nuts here, just a bunch of team building worker bees! If your willing to work, he's willing to pay, its called Ping Pong to him...You perform, he performs...

Endless work! There is lots of work to keep you busy. Days do go by fast and more stuff comes up all the time. Sometimes I wish we would just focus on one thing and complete versus starting 5 things and running. Can be stressful for those who cannot multitask. Extremely hard for those who cannot change on the fly. You gotta be dynamic to fit in!
