Pros

Monthly bonuses are decent if you get one and the slight chance of a promotion.

Cons

Too many fake and untrustworthy people in management roles, They constantly change policies and rules, They don't always promote from within the company even tho when you get to your interview they will tell you that, It's been several times that they had hired from the outside to fill management positions,The nurses that answer the phones are all very rude with the exception of maybe 3 of the nice nurses. The contact center is at the very bottom of the totem poll when it comes to Westmed and are treated as such. I worked at the company for over 1 year and the way that it is being ran now is either making all of the good employees quit or be terminated. I wish anyone the very best of luck that tries to work there because you'll need it. I remember before working there coming to this site to read it's reviews and saw so much negativity and thought that maybe the bad reviews came from a bunch of haters but after working for that company I can't even be mad or ill hearted because the reviews on this site warned me.

Poor leadership, strict dress code, strict metrics that are only achievable by being beyond exceptional.
