Pros
There is a knowledgeable team in place.
Lots of freedom in my day to day, meaning I feel like I am making an actual impact.
The office area is dog friendly, which makes the day to day a lot easier - most people have a dog in every now and again.
Beer allowance is great, as the beer brewed here is really nice.
There's an employee representative group that meets monthly, and includes a member of the senior management team. This is great as it gives on-the-ground staff a chance to give feedback and help to improve culture.
Cons
The Brewery is based in a quite rural location, which albeit is beautiful, it means I need to drive down a couple of single track roads in my commute.
