Thank you for taking the time to share your review, we really value feedback from both current and previous WELL Health employees. Our employees are what’s driving WELL Health to become one of the leading healthcare companies in Canada, so we’re always interested in your input.
We’re delighted that you enjoy the great work environment and amazing management here at WELL Health. Everything we do at WELL Health is about making sure we’re a great and healthy place to work, that’s something that our amazing leadership is passionate about.
Our benefits are something that we’ve worked hard to put together, and we’re so proud of how much value our WELL team members are gaining from those programs. We take mental health in the workplace seriously and have deployed our support program via Focus Mental Wellness.
We know that our work is finished though, but we’ve made employee wellbeing a key part of our ESG strategy moving in 2023.
In keeping with the spirit of always looking to improve, we appreciate your insight into our processes around time-off. First let me just say, we’re sorry for any difficult experience you’ve had there. It’s obviously a priority for us to not only make sure our employees know about the different types of time off that’s available but also help team members get well-deserved rest and recuperation.
