Pros
The manufactured products they sell are great.
Cons
They expect a ridiculous amount of hours to be put in above a normal 40 hour week. 12 to 14 hour days are expected, if you are commissioned you have no choice. The environment is unhealthy. There is a revolving door because employees are treated poorly. They leave out expectation details in the hiring process, so quite a surprise when you start. Constant unproductive daily required meetings.
