      Demanding work environment. Not the best place for work life balance with a family but maybe as entry level, you benefit from all the exposure to the industry you’ll get.

      Cons

      Be ready to work long days. Managers almost expect you to be obsessed with work. Calls/Texts on vacation, weekend work, etc.
