Pros
Flexible work schedule, decent ESPP, pay is reasonable, people are awesome.
Cons
Some departments are better to work for than others. It all depends on the manager. Parking is 1/4 mile away from the office and is in a parking structure. Lots of consolidation is going on right now due to the HGST merger, so the future is uncertain.
