Pros
Engineers I work with are great! Most are very personable and helpful. Very data driven approach to almost everything. Feel and notice the team concept to many projects.
Cons
Local area food around the company is not great, very few good ones. Cafeteria is okay and new one seems improved from last vendor. Some management areas could be improved, but I'm sure that is the case with most companies.
