Pros
Being in finance, you get a lot of exposure to how the company is run and exposure to the leadership -- I had the utmost respect for John Coyne, a brilliant mind who I felt could do everyone's job better than they could! The campus is decent (I love Irvine) and truly felt that everyone had a meaningful role to the company.
Cons
People need to understand that the hard drive industry's margins are tight, so the company may seem "cheap" with certain things. The office interior might seem too corporate (a maze of cubicles) but it works.
