Pros
A relax work environment. Take as many as vacation you want with management approval. Has a small clinic and play room on site. People are nice to work with. Bonus pay.
Cons
Senior managers have no leaderships quality and play personal favorites, have no interest to support their own team and will throw you under the bus to protect themselves. Talented and hard working staffs to them is a threat. They end up keeping nonproductive people who do not want to work.
