      It used to be a great work environment, everyone was striving to meet one common goal. There are a few ethical directors and managers that provide a glimpse of hope by trying to build team spirit.

      Cons

      Extensive working hours as a result of unclear goals or due to ever vacillating and ineffective management. Lack of appreciation and uncertainty about the future...in summary, toxic work environment
