Great stability with zero layoffs in 70+ years. Huge focus on people experience and engagement which is refreshing. I really like the collaborative culture and the company’s values (which are actively practiced and not just posters on the wall). There are also tons of opportunities for me to learn and grow.

To maintain job security, headcount is lean, so employees often wear many hats.

Great total package (benefits, bonus, etc), leadership invests in their employees, opportunities for learning.
