If you want to work for a company who overwork you, underpay you, dont support you when your struggling to keep up with the ridiculous workload and watch as you crumble with stress and your mental health deteriorate then this is the company for you!! SLT team do not value a single member of staff, they just see ££££ and continue to pile the pressure on. Instead of helping they hand out laptops to staff so they can do overtime at home to catch up, and were not talking the odd hour here and there, were talking 40+ hrs over time a month on top of normal working hours!!!
If you dont fit into the SLT corporate mould or your the kind of person who speaks there mind and offers their opinions and wont just sit and take the corporate rubbish then you will 100% be out of a job before long too!
There are no advantages of working at WCS group only bad memories, and the lingering stench of crap that comes out of the SLTs mouths!!!
