Cons
This organization constantly preaches its “mission” and “values,” but it’s all a façade. Behind the scenes, the executive team operates with cruelty, arrogance, and zero accountability. I’ve personally witnessed leadership humiliate employees, shush them mid-sentence, scream at staff to the point of tears, and enforce degrading rules to exert control.
Raises and promotions are rare unless you’re part of the inner circle. Employees are forced to jump through hoops just to qualify for a 3% bonus, while the CEO at a NON-PROFIT, takes home a nearly 7 figure salary plus a six-figure bonus. Meanwhile, burnout and turnover are rampant, and morale might as well be at rock bottom. This place doesn’t just fail to live its values, it actively violates them.
