      Pros

      Small Company Culture, Flexible Hours, Great place to gain experience across a wide range of technology stacks.

      Cons

      Lowest paying company I have ever worked for. Bonuses and raises were insulting. Very low IT Budget. Forced to use and support and deploy improperly licensed software.
