Management is absolutely disgusting. Treat their engineers like idiots. There is no trust from the office towards their engineers. They waste money hand over fist messing clients and jobs up. Treat their apprentices even worse. You could be staying away from home with other engineers and you will find some have had their evening allowance upped and others agave not been upped so there is a lot of disparity in the way they treat their guys on the tools.
