Cons
Management has very weird priorities. They will randomly start enforcing new rules or policies with an iron fist and then stop when it blows up in their faces. They will find ways to cut labor and cheap out on supplies to save money bc their icecream is so expensive to make. They also will talk badly about employees behind their backs and find ways to burn them out until they eventually quit/fire them/cut them out the schedule completely. They make so many different job positions like lead, assistant manager, and supervisor, when none of them really have that much more responsibility than the regular FOH staff other than counting the orders. Then they receive most of the limited shifts available and get the most criticism from management for being a glorified ice cream scooper they entitled them to be. Also most shifts are closing but they only have 2 closers even on busy nights. At the end of the day, you’re scooping ice cream and yet they’re so much work drama and conflicts to deal with.
