Pros

I’ve been with WAMS for a little over 6 months now and I’m very happy with my decision in joining them! I was welcomed by all employees and was provided with the training and tools necessary to do the job. WAMS management team is very supportive, and they appreciate the work-life balance which many Employers do not. If you are willing to work hard and honestly and deliver the very best to Clients, it is great place to work. The Support staff and Engineers are very knowledgeable, so you are constantly learning new things from both a technological and business perspective.

Cons

As with any Business, some customers can be challenging to deal with at times, but overall, the pros absolutely outweigh the cons. You are expected to Manage multiple Clients so being able to multi-task and manage various projects is a must, however the Management team will work with you and provide assistance if needed to ensure you do not fail and are successful as long as you are willing to put in the work and effort.

There is a click at this company and they are, hands-down, the pettiest, drama-filled, two-faced group of people I ever had the displeasure of working with. The CEO uses our Microsoft Teams group chats to ramble on and argue constantly about Politics, Religion, and other sensitive subjects, through the middle of the night, waking me up from the notifications. He speaks to the other employees inappropriately, even telling one that she smells bad!! Totally unprofessional. If you are not into drama and do not go along with it, you're punished for it. I made the mistake (not a mistake to me) of sticking up for a fellow account manager when the CEO and other employees were talking badly about him behind his back, and I got the cold shoulder from that day forward. Your ideas and techniques are quickly dismissed and swept under the rug, even though the company is shrinking and they are in desperate need of new concepts. They make promises to clients, but never deliver! WAMS was a victim of a Ransomware attack! How does a company, that is supposed to protect clients from Data and security threats, fall victim themselves? The lied to all of the clients and never disclosed this, even though they're required to do so. Do not bother with this company, it will fill you with nothing but frustration, disappointment, lies, and regret, STAY AWAY!! The positive reviews are written by current employees, who are given incentives to do so.
