One of the Producers is very demanding and has not been in the business long enough to understand how to market business correctly. He will expect you to complete applications for the client with little to no information. He will micromanage everything that you do. Please don't make the mistake of going to this place to work if you value sanity as you will be mentally tortured. One of the producers is mentally unstable but upper management does not want to address the workplace bullying issues that he practices in the office. The rest of the staff is too scared to say anything. If you try to defend yourself, they will fire you even if you are doing the job well.
