      - Supportive team environment - Flexible working hours and understanding management - Great opportunities to learn - Clinical lead by Psychiatry however, MDT led with less focus on medical - Great & knowledgeable psychiatrists who are kind, supportive & caring. WACHS offers regular online training presented by the different psychiatrist

      - High workload - Messy processes - Systems not supportive/aligned with the required work - Increase workload due to systems not being streamlined - having to double up on work

      Good pay and conditions. Flexible rosters

      Cons

      It depends on who your friends are as to what hours you are given, with some staff simply refusing to do night shift, as they don’t want to.
