      Pros

      Management allows employees to do their job without someone looking over your shoulder the whole shift.

      Cons

      No room for advancement in company, they keep temps for years at a time with no intentions on hiring them permanently. Rat infested warehouse(all you see on rats running all over the place getting into the food products. Rodent feces everywhere. No certifications required to operate heavy equipment. An overwhelming amount of legal and undocumented immigrant workers who barely speak English and can’t read English at all.

      Training/onboarding has little structure. - There were no best practices, SOPs or any resources provided during my training. Many processes were learned reactively rather than through clear communication. Little communication with the team/management. - Expectations were rarely defined, which made workload ownership challenging.
