Pros

All of my coworkers are fantastic, love working here.

Cons

Startup, very fast-paced and not a lot of hand-holding, but it's great if you like to dive deep and have ownership of work. Everyone is happy to answer questions.

Pros

The amount of growth Vynca has seen in the last year has been amazing. It's a great place to work with exceptional people. The direct impact on patient lives makes the work we do extremely fulfilling. The engineering team isn't afraid to deploy cutting edge tools/solutions to tackle real world healthcare challenges. Everyone is encouraged to participate in the direction our platform and products grows - it's great to see this from the bottom up. Senior Leadership team and CEO are fantastic - they share the vision, make resources available as needed, and are driving the company to continued success.

Cons

Can be too fast paced for some. Not a company to "cruise" in.

Pros

Amazing friendships, ones that will last a lifetime.

Cons

The upper management is awful. They are incredibly rude to anyone that is not their favorite. If you are their favorite, you will be promoted incredibly quickly. 2. They make you install software that tracks your every movement, then when there is an error they take that as proof of not working. 3. Management makes fun of employees. 4. The KPI’s are impossible. It’s a total joke with an always moving goal post. 5. They tell you to ask for help if needed, but when you do, the management will turn around and give negative remarks on annual reviews for asking for help . 6. In the interview, it was told that the caseload would be 50 max. All LCM’s have over 100 now. 7. They talk about how many millions of dollars the company makes a year, yet only pay their employees $25/hr. 9. Management makes fun of employees to their face during meetings, and when reported to the compliance line, nothing happens. 10. The HR is a joke. They do not help resolve anything at all they say is to go to management. 11. Any complaint or concern you have will fall on deaf ears. 12. LCMs all report being very unhappy. 13. The pay is not worth the stress and your mental health will suffer.
