Pros
The benefits are great and the pay isn't bad and some of the people that you work alongside are great and hardworking.
Cons
Some of the people that you work alongside are great and hardworking but others think it is their ONLY job to talk about those that they decide they dont like. The cliques are horrible here with dept and upper management taking part in the ostracizing of employees that dont fit in with the popular crowd! If you care about the quality of work that you produce I do not recommend working here because unless you can do it in under 30 seconds or less they do not want you! It's definitely quantity over quality here! This is why they are completely short staffed and no one ever stays here even with the benefits and pay they make your life so miserable it is just not worth it! The long hours completely suck as well!
