Pros

The company has a lot of potential.

Cons

Most of the things, especially human-related. Most of the management committee members are toxic and that's why there's such a big turnover rate in the company (even if they try to show the contrary). For years now employees have been hiding in the toilets to cry or taking medical leaves because of the pression they're put through and the toxic environment. Managers insult their teams even by email, with other people in copy. Even here on this platform, most of the positive reviews are falsely written by the managers using multiple fake accounts in order to increase the positive rate. They even ask their employees to come here and write positive reviews, despite what they may think or feel about the company. The highest level of the management committee is very well aware of the situation and just act as if everything were normal, while encouraging this behavior! The worst department is HR, since the Human Resources SEVP is one of these toxic members and her team is encouraged to act the same way towards the employees. She’s very proud to say that the company is very inclusive and diverse but she’s racist and some employees have witnessed her making racist comments with her team regarding some employees. Other management members (men) are so misogynist they even exchange emails having inappropriate conversations regarding women in the company. Having a salary raise or a promotion will be a very hard task if you don't have a mindset as toxic as the management members have. So if you're thinking about joining the company... Think twice! Because even if it's a company with a lot of potential and which is growing very fast – believe me – the personal cost is really not worth it.

Pros

U.S. market is virtually untapped with Walmart being one of the first customers who signed and they've locked down Europe.

Cons

Nothing big. The company is evolving to ensure we have the same success delivered in Europe. So, there's some org changes and the push for a performance based culture. Not a bad thing if that's your cup of tea.

Pros

Great talent is always hired, lots of cutting edge technology that blows competitors out of the water.

Cons

Short sided management, poorly run sales organization that abuses expense reports to pay for personal trips. Growth is hard if you are not French.
