Pros

My favorite part about working at Vuria is that it isn't a chop shop agency. I constantly get to push the envelope and am encouraged to do so. The company's focus is to put out a good product that we are proud of and not rush it through the production line. For developers coming in, the room for growth is astronomical - the more you put in, the more you get out - the way it should be. The people are also pretty amazing. Everyone works well together and the mood is kept light which makes for a fun atmosphere.

Cons

We are a growing agency and have had to deal with some growing pains but have been actively working to improve these. Vacation time was pretty standard but the policy has now been revised in a big way. The health insurance changed frequently to varying plans over the last few years which was a little chaotic but has just been bumped up to a much better plan with additional coverage.

Pros

My absolute favorite part of Vuria is the people. It really feels like a family here! Everyone is extremely welcoming to new team members and will go out of their way to help you. Team members are all extremely knowledgable which makes meetings more effective. Company benefits seem to get better & better every year.

Cons

In the past, processes & procedures had been lacking. However, management has really been making an effort in this area and I see a light at the end of the tunnel.

Pros

The people were great. Some of the most talented and nice people I'd met. The atmosphere was fun yet laid back. The work was diverse and interesting.

Cons

The pace was generally too fast. There was no time to grow other skills properly. Could have had some better career growth opportunities by allowing time for education and skill advancement.
