No opportunities for advancement or training or development, company uses the permatemp model where you will be a contractor for 12+ months without any pathway to conversion. Company will not advocate for you with client and doesn't seem to care beyond signing the paychecks. Ultimately a humiliating experience and would definitely not recommend.
