I would not recommend working here. The environment feels very unappreciative, and the management is quite frustrating. If you don’t upsell M&M toppings for the popcorn, the managers will take issue with you, and you’re made to feel like you’re not performing well enough. Manager Adil in particular shows clear favoritism, consistently giving the best hours and preferred shifts to certain employees, while others are left with minimal hours. In fact, it’s common to only get around 4 hours a week due to the quiet nature of the business. With the low pay (minimum wage) and the lack of support or recognition for hard work, it’s no surprise that turnover is so high. Definitely not a place that values its employees.
