Really great product that impacts healthcare in a positive way. A very strong mission and values. Culture is a strong point. If you are willing to show up with good energy and keep learning you will fit in great with the culture and have great opportunities to grow your career.

Things move fast within the company, so you need to be able to adjust and think outside the box. You also need to understand that we will have ups and downs with some mistakes. However leadership understands this is part of the growth process and owns mistakes and encourages everyone to learn from them.

- Chaotic CEO - Micro-management - No opportunity for advancement and no path to get to the next level. Management doesn't appreciate having these conversations either. - Team collaboration is great, but there are too many cooks in the kitchen. - Processes change constantly and communication of these changes is terrible.
