1) CEO is running a school where everyone is expected to come on exact time to attend morning prayer (team meeting) that is complete waste of time. ( Everybody knows their tasks very well and no one is interested in knowing other team members tasks. Better would be if CEO utilities his 30minutes in some other useful work). ADVICE to CEO- why don't you send Report card of each employee to their parents? That is the only thing left. 2) Employees are asked to complete their home work before they enter in office next day. 3) CEO talks about professionalism but he himself has ZERO professionalism. This person doesn't know how to behave with his employees. 4) Zero work life balance. CEO will message you late night that you have to come tomorrow at 9 to attend his useless meeting. Also please note it's legal to make you work at 2am for any slide show to be presented next day. So please be prepared to see your dreams getting converted into nightmares. 5) Employees are treated like Machine. 6) Saturdays are working so you will not get time for yourself. 7) Poor work culture 8) And here comes the most negative part - "The CEO" ( very arrogant, inhuman, short tempered, unprofessional...... ) He will just keep shouting all day like a black hole is sucking light out of all employees efficiency to work. 9) These are the few reasons that nobody wants to work here. Many people already left company and they were personally cursed by CEO to not be able to make any progress in their new firm. Kudos to so called Professionalism.
