Got to learn many new things as project manager is from different domain and has no idea about software development. For everything, you have to find the solution on your own.
Cons
Depressing work environment. They don't value their employees. 7 days work policy. Working hours are hectic and without any compensation. Work-life balance is on papers only. They can fire you at any point without any prior notice, no job security. No training sessions provided. Fake promises regarding increments.
